If you come down A13 over tower bridge, follow A23 to Streatham and follow mitcham road to London road and Chak 89 is on Bond Rd behind the cash and carry.

I think the best way to come would be down M4 and cut through Chelsea over wandsworth bridge, then go to tooting and then to mitcham, it takes about 40/45 minutes when the roads are clear.

easiest route by car would be come down A3 and cut through wimbledon/colliers wood and then to Mitcham, it takes about 45 minutes to get there if no traffic.
